  • Classes are only for adults, on Sundays only, at the times published later. visit this site for that detail.
  • there is no fee for any class, this has been case for last 6 years. I am not sure if it will stay that way (because we need to help masjid who offers the space free of charge) but for now ... they are free
  • You must do all homework and commit for 11 to 13 weeks. No Exceptions!
  • I encourage you NOT to register if you cannot provide this commitment
  • Homework is mostly sent out by email
  • All teachers teach free of charge and they are very committed. You will be graded and homework will be collected and returned
  • You cannot register for Quran 1 and other Quran classes until you finish Arabic 2 or if you can read arabic with level of comfort.

    Arabic Level 1

  • Goal: By the end of the class, you should know all arabic letters, their sounds, shapes and be able to write them. you will know the short and long vowels as well as concepts of shaddah, sukoon and rules of long vowels.
  • Books Used: None, worksheets are provided in the class.
  • Additional resources: Alphabets, Arabic letters, Guide.

    You need to know:
  • Nothing about arabic. As long as you are willing to try out new things, you are perfectly fine for this class.

    You will learn:


    Arabic Level 2

  • Goal: By the end of the class, you should know all arabic letters, their sounds, shapes and be able to write them. you will know the short and long vowels as well as concepts of shaddah, sukoon and rules of long vowels.

  • Goal: By the end of the class, you will know the basic grammar rules to compose arabic sentences, your vocabulary will have about 30 most important words

  • Goal:Arabic sentence strucutre will be complete. Now we are ready to start listening and responding back as much as possible.
